That is an old Beth Tyler movie from the early 1980s. The video number used to have the date coded into it, but those numbers have been lost since Enemarotica owns them, so I'm estimating early 80s.
The woman is Emily. Beth Tyler movies always have large volume enemas, and this one is no exception with at least a four quart enema. I like the fact that she is shooting water up both hole, taking an enema while douching. We also get to see her douching while she expels the enema.
Unfortunately, the video quality from that time isn't the best, so it is very difficult to see the expulsion. It's still a very good enema movie just as all Beth Tyler movies are. There are no fake enemas in Beth Tyler movies.
