I'd love to know what the total length of that poop was. She had difficulty in getting started, the first bit was helped with a small enema. I reckon that she had taken a large dose of psyllium (Metamucil) to create such a huge poop build-up; this technique is also used by some of Joyangeles's models such as Ana and Miranda Didovic.
