The feeling is hard to describe but a scratching expansion of the urethra is close. Worms don't like urine or temperatures other than cold or cool. They come out on their own.

How do you manage to get the worm in? I've tried but they all die when i force them to go inside.
You can't force them in. There is a process, and it take patience. I am happy to answer questions!
