My Scat Mistress and I once took a week long shit bath.....each morning we both shit fresh into the bath water and we never drained the tub--just added a little more warm water and more shit each day. And yes, everyday she submerged her entire head (I must admit I didn't). Every day the smell stayed on our skin longer and longer especially since we never towel dried, and we both went to our jobs wafting the smell of shit.
