The idea of being this man, who can pull down young women's panties, give them an enema, watch them holding it in, and then expelling out the results is so incredibly exciting. I wish I could understand their conversation.

I think only the Japanese can do such a thing this way, with that typical kind of discipline. Think that in the USA (your location) or Europe (mine) we will do it with much more noise or show. Or translated to your president-elect: We would do it like Donald Trump, they do it like Mike Pence.
