Those toilets have a very large opening. It is amazing to see how often these young women drop their poop outside of the opening, on the floor.

They not only drop it outside the toilet but keep it there or remove it partially. I heard from a (female) friend that it is not only in Japan. She has seen toilets of good restaurants with the poop smeared on the walls. And you would be surprised seeing what kind of girls/women do that kind of things…
